Chiropractor
Zachary Zdrada D.C.
Location: Portsmouth NH
Growing up I always wanted to be in healthcare but was not sure in what capacity until I had my first interaction with a Chiropractor. I was introduced to Chiropractic while attending Brown University in Providence Rhode Island when I was injured on the wrestling team. It was a great experience that put me on the path to becoming a Chiropractor.
After completing my undergraduate in Biology I went to the Palmer School of Chiropractic in Port Orange Florida where I graduated with honors. I have been a Chiropractor for 7 years here in NH. I have previously practiced here on the seacoast in Stratham and in the Lakes region up in Wolfeboro. I am very excited to be joining such an awesome team of people at White Mountain Chiropractic & Rehab and am very excited to meet you! My mission is to take a holistic approach with all patients and to empower them to make the best health decisions they can. I am passionate about exercise, nutrition, and self-care and try to bring these passions into my practice. Outside of the office I enjoy being in nature whether hiking, biking, or camping. I am currently working on conquering the 4,000 footers in New Hampshire. I am an amateur photographer and love riding my motorcycle during the warm New England summer days.
